PRICING
All our prices are Ex Works Barcelona and in Euros. Suggested retail prices are indicated on the product page and at www.octaevo.com. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept bank wire transfers and PayPal. Bank commissions shall be borne by the buyer. Orders must be prepaid within 3 days from the date of the proforma invoice.
​SHIPPING
All products are lovingly packed in our warehouse in Barcelona. Please allow 3 to 4 business days to prepare your order. Turnaround may vary depending on availability or volume. Expected delivery times will be communicated at the time of the order. Shipping confirmation will be sent via email.
Shipping and handling costs are in addition to listed prices and will be based on weight and volume. Taxes and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. OCTAEVO is not responsible for these charges. For time sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All of our products are handmade, so the actual pieces may vary slightly in color from the images shown online and may also have slight imperfections that do no affect the quality of the product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email our office at info@octaevo.com within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. Please note that International orders are final. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original package. A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs and additional import taxes are not refunded.
